Jessica is a member of R&D Management Committee (RMC) and serves on the Global Quality & Supply Leadership Team (GSQ LT), playing a key role in shaping quality strategy across the R&D organization. She brings over two decades of global leadership experience from companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Royal Philips, with deep expertise spanning quality, medical, clinical and regulatory affairs, health economics and market access (HEMA), and large-scale business transformation.

Throughout her career, Jessica has led the development and execution of innovative clinical evidence and regulatory strategies that have enabled successful product registrations and market access across diverse portfolios. Her leadership has consistently driven high-impact outcomes in patient safety, product innovation, and organizational excellence.
