Dr. Justine Rochon leads Takeda’s R&D Data and Quantitative Sciences (DQS), advancing data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organization. She oversees global teams spanning Quantitative Pharmacology & Translational Sciences, Patient Safety, Statistics & Quantitative Sciences, and Evidence Outcomes.
With over 20 years of experience in academia and industry, she is recognized for her authentic, inclusive leadership style that empowers teams and drives continuous learning. Dr. Rochon is a strategic leader who anticipates evolving business needs and cultivates collaborative, agile, and lean environments that deliver meaningful impact and efficiency.
Dr. Rochon is a trained psychologist and biostatistician, holding a doctorate in Medical Sciences from the University of Heidelberg. An industry leader, she has served as EFSPI President, sits on the ASA Biopharmaceutical Section Executive Board, co-founded the DISRUPT-DS (Data Science) Roundtable, and was named one of Reuters Events’ Trailblazing Women in Pharma (2025).
